A range of course to help you become an RPA Expert for Business Analysts or Project Managers. We will look at some suitable process criteria such as Repetitive and rules-based processes, and RPA suitability factors.

Just as important as identifying the correct processes it is also to avoid wasted time and eliminate unsuitable processes, by considering “when RPA is not the appropriate solution”. We will also look at RPA process validation methods and supporting questions to validate the process. You will complete module two by prioritising RPA opportunities.
